Right of Withdrawal from Membership

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this adjustment to your current contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period for this adjustment is fourteen days from the adjustment date of your membership.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement using the withdrawal form.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Revocation
If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payment received from you for the adjustment in full, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Please note, if applicable, the insurance cover (current and historic) will cease as soon as the contract is cancelled. The insurance premium proportion of membership will not be returned if a claim has been notified to us during the 14 day period.
