Withdraw from Membership

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the start of your membership term.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement using the withdrawal form below.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse the payment received from you in full, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day in which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Please note, if applicable, the insurance cover will cease as soon as the contract is cancelled.
